Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed to maintain the user register of the Disc Times mobile application and to enable login and use of the service. Personal data is also processed based on the customer’s relationship for managing customer relationships and other communication. Customer register data may be used for marketing by us or in cooperation with a partner unless the customer has prohibited direct marketing. The data is also used to prevent misuse and to provide better customer service.
Contents of the Register
The register may contain the following information provided by the user:
- Name
- Profile picture
- Email address
- Phone number
- Skill level
- Home course
- Player description
- Year of birth
- Gender
The register may also contain the following information collected from the use of the service:
- Purchase history, including ordered products and services and their prices
- Delivery information, such as chosen delivery method and delivery address
- ProShop usage and browsing information, as well as device identification information
Providing identification, contact, and payment information is mandatory when making purchases through the Disc Times mobile application.
Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the following rights, and requests to exercise these rights should be made to the data controller. The data controller may request the data subject to specify their request in writing and verify the data subject’s identity before processing the request.
Right of Access
The data subject can check the personal data we have stored.
Right to Rectification
The data subject can request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data concerning them.
Right to Object
The data subject can object to the processing of their personal data if they believe the data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to Restrict Direct Marketing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing.
Right to Erasure
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing of the data is no longer necessary. We will process the request for deletion and then either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted. The data controller may have a statutory or other legal right to retain the data.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right to demand that we restrict the processing of disputed data until the issue is resolved.
Right to Complain
The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority if they believe that we are violating applicable data protection laws in processing personal data.

We do not sell or disclose customer data to third parties. Your personal data may be disclosed to our subcontractors to the extent that they participate in the implementation of the purposes described in this policy. The partner responsible for the technical maintenance of the personal register may transfer personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and this privacy policy.
Duration of Processing
Personal data is generally processed as long as the customer relationship is valid. Personal data may also be retained longer if applicable legislation or contractual obligations with third parties require a longer retention period.
Processors of Personal Data
The data controller and its employees process personal data. We may also outsource the processing of personal data to a third party to the extent that they participate in the implementation of the purposes described in this policy.
Principles of Register Protection
Customer data is stored in our information system. Access to the register is restricted to designated individuals who need the data for their job duties and have personal user IDs. Persons processing register data are bound by confidentiality obligations. We strive to use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Henkilötietoja käsitellään Disc Times mobiilisovelluksen käyttäjärekisterin ylläpitämiseksi ja palveluun kirjautumisen ja käyttämisen mahdollistamiseksi. Henkilötietoja käsitellään lisäksi rekisteröidyn asiakassuhteen perusteella asiakassuhteiden hoitamiseen ja muuhun yhteydenpitoon. Asiakasrekisterin tietoja voidaan käyttää omaan tai yhteistyökumppanin kanssa toteutettavaan markkinointiin, jos asiakas ei ole kieltänyt suoramarkkinointia. Tietoja käytetään myös väärinkäytösten estämiseen ja paremman asiakaspalvelun tarjoamiseen.

Rekisteröidyn oikeudet
Rekisteröidyllä on seuraavat oikeudet, joiden käyttämistä koskevat pyynnöt tulee tehdä rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää rekisteröityä tarkentamaan pyyntöään kirjallisesti ja varmentamaan rekisteröidyn henkilöllisyyden ennen pyynnön käsittelemistä.
Tarkastusoikeus
Rekisteröity voi tarkistaa tallentamamme henkilötiedot.
Oikeus tietojen oikaisemiseen
Rekisteröity voi pyytää oikaisemaan häntä koskevat virheelliset tai puutteelliset tiedot.
Vastustamisoikeus

Poisto-oikeus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää tietojen poistamista, jos tietojen käsittely ei ole tarpeen. Käsittelemme poistopyynnön, jonka jälkeen joko poistamme tiedot tai ilmoitamme perustellun syyn, miksi tietoja ei voida poistaa. Rekisterinpitäjällä voi olla lakisääteinen tai muu oikeus olla poistamatta pyydettyä tietoa.
Rekisteröidyn oikeus valittaa päätöksestä tietosuojavaltuutetulle
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus vaatia, että rajoitamme kiistanalaisten tietojen käsittelyä siksi aikaa, kunnes asia saadaan ratkaistua.
Valitusoikeus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetulle kantelu, jos hän kokee, että rikomme henkilötietoja käsitellessämme voimassa olevaa tietosuojalainsäädäntöä.

Käsittelyn kesto
Henkilötietoja käsitellään pääsääntöisesti niin kauan, kuin asiakkuus on voimassa. Henkilötiedot voidaan säilyttää myös tätä kauemmin, jos sovellettava lainsäädäntö tai sopimusvelvoitteet kolmansia osapuolia kohtaan edellyttävät pidempää säilytysaikaa.
Henkilötietojen käsittelijät
Rekisterinpitäjä ja tämän työntekijät käsittelevät henkilötietoja. Voimme myös ulkoistaa henkilötietojen käsittelyn osittain kolmannelle osapuolelle siinä määrin, kun ne osallistuvat tässä selosteessa kuvattujen käyttötarkoitusten toteuttamiseen.
Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Asiakastiedot on tallennettu tietojärjestelmäämme. Rekisterin käyttöoikeus on ainoastaan nimetyillä henkilöillä, jotka tarvitsevat kyseisiä tietoja työtehtäviensä hoitamiseen ja joilla on henkilökohtaiset käyttäjätunnukset. Rekisterin tietoja käsittelevät henkilöt ovat salassapitovelvollisia. Pyrimme käyttämään asianmukaisia teknisiä ja organisatorisia keinoja henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi.
Tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle
Henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.
